While there is nothing wrong with that, There are new industry norms, changes:
Working on hyper-casual puzzles:
-> High(er) CPIs are acceptable, -> d1 Retention still needs to be high, -> d1 — d7 Cohort means a lot of things, -> Play Times matter but Sessions are gold, -> ROAS really change depend on the network.
Watching the market is a big nice to have, Watching your competitors is a MUST HAVE.
