Turkish Game Startups Join UK Accelerator Ahead of London Tech Week
3 Turkish game startups, PaxAnimi Games, Game Actor & Yamy Studio, have been selected to participate in the London Market Expansion programme, an initiative designed to support international studios entering the UK market.
The program kicked off with online training on May 6, 2025, and will conclude with London Tech Week, where the studios will exhibit their work at the Turkish Pavilion. During the event, they will pitch to investors on Demo Day and take part in mentorship sessions, networking, and investor meetings to forge global connections and seek funding.
Spotlight on Mobile Innovation
Each startup brings a distinct mobile focus:
- PaxAnimi Games develops hypercasual and idle/tycoon games with a user-centric design approach.
- Game Actor delivers real-time ad solutions powered by player-generated data.
- Yamy Studio blends AI-powered game analytics with internal publishing to scale mobile titles for global markets.
Dr. Muhammed Kasapoğlu, general manager at Entertech Istanbul Technopark, commented:
“As part of our globalisation efforts, we aim to reach $150 million in technology exports between 2025 and 2026. We’re proud of these entrepreneurs representing Türkiye on the global stage.”
He added that beyond existing programs in the Netherlands and the UK, new initiatives targeting the US, MENA, and Singapore will continue to support Turkish tech entrepreneurs expanding abroad.
