Arcadia Gaming Partners backs Iron Games with $4M investment

Former Gram Games executives Eren Yanık (ex-CPO) & Remzi Şenel (ex-COO/GM) have launched Iron Games, a new UK-based mobile studio focused on reinventing the casual and merge genres through fresh, original mechanics.

The studio secured $4 million from Arcadia Gaming Partners, the $100M early-stage fund led by Akin Babayigit, marking one of Arcadia’s first public investments.

Iron Games plans to expand its team, accelerate development, and build reusable systems to support faster launches and a long-term portfolio of “forever games.”

Yanık noted that the maturing market demands both creativity and discipline: leveraging proven merge and match mechanics for familiarity while leaving room for experimentation.

Babayigit praised the founders’ track record, calling them “disciplined, lean, and relentlessly focused on execution,” and expressed confidence that Iron Games could become one of the defining studios of the decade.
