25-28 September is the Day! TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025 will evolve further. First of all, the distribution studio for official programs that was set up in Hall 11 last year will be relocated, and all of Hall 1 through 11 will be used as the exhibition area. This will allow for wider aisles and a venue plan that can accommodate a larger number of booths. We will also review the layout plan for large booths to maximize the number of booths available for exhibitors and reduce congestion, thereby improving exhibitor and visitor satisfaction. Furthermore, this year we plan to implement a number of measures to increase the number of visitors from overseas. Save The Date: 2-7 December! How can we shine a spotlight on the burgeoning but lesser-known African gaming industry? That was the question on the minds of AGW Co-Founders, Nick Hall and Rex Bowden, as they attended events like GDC, GamesCon, Paris Games Week, and others. They realized that the international gaming market had little understanding of Africa’s gaming scene. This realization led to the concept of an event in Cape Town that would unite African gaming talent, including studio heads, developers, industry professionals, and newcomers, to showcase the excellence of Africa’s gaming industry.
