Hybridcasual publisher Habby has invested $2 million into Mavis Games, a mobile game studio based in Istanbul and founded in 2018. The funding will be used to expand Mavis’ team and boost both its production and marketing capabilities as the studio aims to scale its portfolio and push creative boundaries in casual games.
Mavis Games previously partnered with Habby on titles like Easy to Learn and Slide: Block Puzzle—the latter being a key release that helped Habby solidify its market presence. With this new investment, Habby CEO Stefan Wang will join Mavis Games’ board of directors, deepening the strategic partnership between the two companies.
“This partnership is built on mutual trust, shared wins, and a clear vision of what’s next,” said Saygın Topatan, CEO and founder of Mavis Games. “We’ve worked together for years and learned a lot. Now, we’re aiming even higher—to create games that aren’t just fun, but unforgettable. Everyone at Mavis is a superhero in their craft, and this funding will help us bring in more talent to deliver long-lasting fun on a global scale.”
Wang commented: “Mavis Games’ Slidey enabled Habby to establish a strong presence in the competitive mobile gaming market. Saygın’s creativity and passion, along with his team in Turkey, give us great confidence in what’s next.”
The deal adds to a wave of recent investments in Türkiye’s fast-growing gaming sector, which has seen TaleMonster Games raise $7M, Boby.ai secure $1.25M, and Good Job Games bring in $23M in 2025 alone.
